Return Timeframe
Returns must be received by our Returns Department within 90 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
Return Process
Please alert us to your return by sending an email notification to: hangR@fullsail.com, using "return" as the subject. Please provide your name, order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will promptly confirm your request via email. This will ensure your return is processed promptly upon receipt.
Shipping Charges
